When I received an order from your site, when is my product sent?
Orders completed until 17:00 on weekdays are delivered to the same day cargo. Under normal circumstances, your product will be delivered to you by the delivery company in accordance with the delivery rules on the next business day.

How can I access my cargo tracking number?
Your shipping tracking information is sent via SMS to your phone if you share your mobile phone with the email address you have provided to us when you place your order. You can follow the momentary movements of your package from the related cargo company's website or call center.

If my product is missing or damaged, what should I do?
When your order arrives, you must contact the cargo officer and inform our customer service before you take the package as soon as you have any impact on the package. You acknowledge that you are responsible for all of this if you take delivery of the product without doing so.

Can I make a change of address after I place my order?
Of course. Before your cargo is shipped and during our working hours, call 0212 275 37 50 or simply send a message to zimbatelleri@teknoser.com.

How can I return the product?
You want to return the product; invoice with the original box must be sent. In order to confirm your return, the product must be unused and should not be damaged. You must also fill in the return form on the back of the sales invoice with the product. The refund of the returned products is carried out by our finance department within an average of 3 business days.
